Lamb Kebabs


  • 1 Lamb fillet
  • shredded cos lettuce
  • 1 onion finely sliced
  • a few cherry tomatos
  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 pita wraps
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • rosemary
  • paprika (controversial)
  • salt
  • pepper



Roll lamb fillet in rosemary, paprika (optional) and salt and pepper. Fry until medium rare and then cut into bite size chunks.


Mix finely cut garlic to the yoghurt and add chopped dill, finely chopped cucumber, a squeeze of lemon juice and season to taste.


Arrange lamb on the open pita, smother with tzatziki, add chopped tomato, onion, lettuce. Give it a squeeze of lemon and there you go!!
