Finger Sandwiches & Fondue

• 2kg chicken fillets
• I bunch spring onion (finely sliced)
• Lynches curry mango mayonnaise
• Pine nuts (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 loaves of white bread

• Chocolate
• Marshmallows
• Strawberries

Pan fry chicken until golden brown. Mix with spring onions, pine nuts, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Make into sandwiches and remove crusts (so your hair doesn’t go curly). Now for the fondue. Melt chocolate. Dip marshmallows and strawberries.
