Konjarski’s Pesto Penne
500g Penne Pasta
250g Jar of Basil Pesto
150g of Sun dried Tomatoes
150g Spanish Salami
Boil pasta to packet instructions.
Lightly oil pan, brown onions and add pesto, enough to your liking. Throw in sundried tomatoes and spanish salami to heat. Toss through pasta and plate up.
Serve with torn bocconcini and fresh basil drizzled with olive oil and grate a little bit of parmesan cheese for added flavour.
