Smokin’ Chicken Pastas

(serves 6)

  • 500g Fetuccini
  • 4 Smoked Chicken Fillets
  • 1 Jar Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of Peas
  • Capers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Oil
  • Parsley
  • Parmesan Cheese


Dice onion and garlic and fry lightly in oil (use the oil from the tomatoes). Add sun dried tomatoes and sliced smoked chicken fillets.  In a separate pot bring water to boil and add pasta.  Add capers, peas and cream to the chicken and stir through.  Combine with cooked pasta.  Season with salt and pepper, add a dash of fresh olive oil and healthy sprinkling of parsley and parmesan cheese. Eat it.
