Konjarski’s Burgers (“it is what it is”)
- 500grams Minced Meats
- 1/2 Onions — Diced Finelys
- 1 Cloves Garlics
- 1 Eggs
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
1. Combine in bowl
2. Make into patties and refrigerate
3. Lightly oil a pan and fry patties — 4min each side
4. Make sure you have ketchup, once the ketchup situation is safe you can make your burgers.
You’ll also need bread rolls, lettuce, cheese slices, beetroot, tomatoes and mustard.
These burgers were served with a mixed bean and tomato salad with a garlic, dill, vinegar and lemon dressing.
